Or do anything - except keep a scorecard. You will start documenting certain information every day. You can write it in a book or use or use or simple spreadsheets if you want to be exact. The more you detail you keep, the more weight you will lose. In the ‘what you eat’ category, you can just write down what you eat and estimate calories, or use our many charts to get detailed information. Daily, you will be keeping track of the food you eat and what you drink, the activity you do, a bunch of easy tricks we know about, your weight, and your mental state. It can take 5 to 20 minutes per day to do depending on how much weight you want to lose. If you are wondering how simply doing that can make you lose weight, we DARE you DO IT RIGHT NOW. Forget about any tracker sites you’ve tried in the past; this is not that kind of thing, and it gets deep into the root of ALL the things that are making you be at an uncomfortable weight. You should definitely, at least a few times, go through the detailed scorecard. Every item that you are scoring daily is labeled in the left most columns. When you hover your mouse over the item description, a larger item description will pop up that you should read a least a few times, and after that you can just use it as a reference. Type today’s date over the date in the first column. Fill in one column each day, and NEVER miss a day. If you update it throughout the day, especially in the first 5 days, your success rate will be much better. It would help even if you were taking placebos, honestly! This diet compliments protein shake diets and other food replacement diets, or food delivery programs, amazingly well.
